How to use it

- Record each absence on the Leave log sheet: choose the person and type, then the first and last day.
- Check the Planner sheet to see who's off in any month before approving new requests.
Common questions
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. It only uses standard functions, so the calculations work the same way.
How are working days counted?
Monday to Friday between the first and last day, excluding the dates on the Public holidays sheet. Half days count as 0.5. Sick leave and other absence are logged but don't reduce the annual leave allowance.
Is it really free?
Yes, no sign-up or email needed. When a spreadsheet starts to feel like hard work, Team Toggle does the same job online, with requests, approvals and a shared calendar.
Ready to retire the spreadsheet?
Team Toggle gives everyone a shared leave calendar, online requests with one-click approvals, and allowances that update themselves. Try it free for 30 days, with no credit card needed.
